WEll i think I figured it all out with Harmony. Streaming of files to prevent memory destruction and also streaming from S3 stuff. I tried to keep things clean, most of the crazy cache and serve logic is in just one place and it's mostly tested

all the way through, but it will get better when we move to nginx and we can get rid of in-app streaming entirely and let nginx do it for us.
