not sure if that's really the case,

or if a lot of people were hesitant to speak up. I know other people had concerns. Probably important to mention here that I have a lot of trust for the people working on it though, and I'm confident they were doing their best. Problem wasn't with them. More that it's a very different process for something as central as salary.
